Danu Finance provides educational stock screening tools, portfolio tracking, and AI-powered analysis based on historical investor frameworks. The App helps users learn about and apply publicly known investment methodologies to publicly traded securities. All data, analysis, scores, and recommendations provided through the App are for educational and informational purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Danu Finance offers free and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Elite). Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store as auto-renewable subscriptions.
Danu Finance is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The App does not provide personalized investment advice. All stock screening results, AI analysis (including RACE briefs), scores, alerts, profit rules, and other content are generated using publicly available data and algorithmic methods. They are provided solely for educational purposes.

All content, features, and functionality of the App and Website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the underlying code — are the property of Danu Finance and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Certain features of the App use artificial intelligence to generate analysis and insights. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Danu Finance and its owner, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Danu Finance from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
